****I received this product at a reduced/free price in exchange for my honest opinion*** The headset is really comfortable. It can be adjusted to fit large and small heads. I bought it for a friend to use at work. I tried this to make sure I can give an honest opinion on my review. It fits great on my head (30 slightly adult) and also fits my 13 year old head. We both have very thick hair that most headsets get stuck in. It fits great, doesn't snag or snag. The microphone can also be adjusted to be as close or as far away from your face as possible for your convenience. It's very light, except the mic is on my mouth, I wouldn't feel it. My girlfriend used it at her job (she works as a customer service representative), she says it works very well. I'm not sure what system (computer) she's using, but it was compatible. So in my experience this is a great gift for those working in this field. It plugs into a phone jack, not a gaming headset.
