No durability in southern storms

Used once. Once. U.N. Covered are two bikes, one of which was my grandmother's antique that I recently pulled out of the garage for restoration. They were kept outside the house while we got ready. covered her. Blocked him. buckled up A night goes by. It's ok but even with two bikes there's a lot of space and the wind moved it a bit. Rezip the zipper to make it a little tighter. The storm passes. April storm in Texas. Not a tornado, but real rain. At first the lid seemed to hold up and resist water quite well - I was pleased. However, after about 40 minutes, it became apparent that durability would not be its strong suit. Looking out the window, I noticed a flicker and realized it was light bouncing off the pedal. There was a small hole at the bottom. I shrugged, hoping it wouldn't matter much. Two hours later, after good rain and variable winds, I checked the wheels again and had to take them apart and put them in my car for safekeeping as the coating was almost torn to shreds when it blew against the wheels. Bars and pedals can break through and allow water to enter. The (modern) mountain bike shifters were threaded so tightly that it was easier to just throw them away with the casing. Worst investment attempt. I do not recommend.
