I bought it so that our adult children can play with it when they come. Our son loved ice hockey when he was young. He's 36 and still a kid at heart. In addition, he has three nephews, thanks to which he remains young. If he brings his nephews with him, they certainly like to play with this set. At first I thought it would be a lot of money, but when you look at how well made it is, you'll see that it's made of quality materials. It's made for play. The net was the most difficult to assemble, but the boards are attached to each other and then attached to the goal net with velcro. The boards are attached to each other with strong plastic clips that are easy to attach and detach. Metal plates with fabric stretched over them. You can arrange boards in different ways. If you buy a second set you will have an entire rink, but I sincerely think that if you had a second net you could use this set. As you can see, it takes up a lot of space. So if you have a small space, you can customize it to suit your needs. The set contains 6 straight boards and 4 curved boards. You get 18 sockets, but I think you really only need 16, so there are extras in case you lose one or two. It also comes with two racquets and two balls. I know when our son was in his teens this would have been a huge hit as a gift. Heck, I even know he loves her!
