The attire was semi-formal but the venue was out in the woods. I bought this dress after trying it with Prime Try Before You Buy and it was a clear winner. The material is not sheer, it is stretchy and extremely comfortable, the color is a dark grey, it is very flattering, and IT HAS POCKETS. I was able to dress it up just enough and I felt modest and comfortable all night. I usually don't spend this much money on any clothing but this was definitely worth the money. Plus it is not too formal that I can continue to wear it everyday!
