I'm wearing a large UnderArmor polo shirt and it was a size XL and it still fits snugly. Increase size by 2 with this mark. The material is soft and slightly thicker than UnderArmour. Overall a good shirt but get the right size. By the way, if you lift weights and have big biceps, the sleeves will fit your arms very snugly and won't stretch.
