Much better than I expected.
I took a chance because I wanted my bags and purses to be hung at the back of the front door. I wanted it to hang lower so I could attach a mirror and not block the peephole. That was excellent! Easy to adjust, stronger than expected and available in black (hard to find an adjustable one in black). I added double sided tape on the bottom so it doesn't move when the door slams.
