This soap dispenser may look great and feel sturdy (it should weigh two pounds), but it doesn't do the most important job cope: handing out soap. Six months after installation, the return spring does not have enough strength to return the nozzle to its original position; hence we get very little soap when we press on it. I've tried washing it, soaking it, oiling it (both olive oil and liquid wrench) all to no avail. I'd guess Moen would replace it, but really - shouldn't a part this expensive just work fine, at least for a few years? I cannot recommend this product.
