Great item but very bad design

Great item Because it fits perfectly and looks great and pumps soap but very bad design because to fill it you have to unscrew it from the bottom and then turn it again, while holding it up and down, which is next to impossible unless you have 6-foot arms. Hold the soap container under the cabinet behind the tub and screw the pump onto it. Insane

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not trendy

Exactly what they advertise and easy to install if you have a sink key

Install this to replace your worn out soap dispenser. The bottom nut that holds it is very difficult to access without the right tool called a "sink wrench". With the basin key, it was an easy task. Without him the work would have been very difficult. Having the sink key made the job easy and the soap dispenser is great. It's shiny chrome and works great

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • Reliable

It works 100 times better than the Moen faucet I bought to match.

I bought a Moen faucet and wanted a soap dispenser to fill the hole in my old sprayer. This is a great solid product. The soap bottle has a good capacity and you can fill it by removing the pump. Otherwise, you'll have to reach under the sink to unscrew it. that would be a great pain! However, at MOEN, you cannot always trust their products. Got a new kitchen faucet after installation. If the water is started for more than 10 seconds, it will come out from under the water regulator. what comes…

I find the short spout to be an advantage

I find the short spout (5.5 cm) to be an advantage. I like to hold the sponge and squeeze the dispenser with one hand. (See picture) After years of using a cheap dispenser that eventually broke, I can say the Moen dispenser is much better. * Very durable - chrome plated metal parts. * Easy to install. * Very accurate - after filling the pump, even the smallest press will dispense a little soap. * Can be filled from the top - I think, and with a funnel with a thin spout that goes all the way to…

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Was damaged

This soap dispenser may look great and feel sturdy (it should weigh two pounds), but it doesn't do the most important job cope: handing out soap. Six months after installation, the return spring does not have enough strength to return the nozzle to its original position; hence we get very little soap when we press on it. I've tried washing it, soaking it, oiling it (both olive oil and liquid wrench) all to no avail. I'd guess Moen would replace it, but really - shouldn't a part this expensive…

Soap dispenser in built-in soap dispenser

Expensive, but works great and nice. Should change my rating. I have a SS double sink with the new Moen faucet. Bought a soap dispenser. The problem is that the hole in my sink for the cut out dispenser is about 1/2 inch backwards. When dispensing, the soap falls onto the top of the sink and onto the back of the sink. full waist BUT! I replaced the hand dish soap with soap - and WOLA, AWESOME > No more hand soap bars on the sink. Now I really wouldn't turn down this dispenser for twice the…

Very good . in Kitchen Sink Accessories

Although the installation wasn't that easy (btw: make sure you empty the whole box as there are several parts and I threw away my box, before I realized there must have been at least one or two other pieces). There are instructions, but the devil is in the details. Either way works like a charm. The nozzle that goes into the bottle is plastic, as is the stud and screw that serve as the plastic bottle that holds the soap. At least it doesn't rust like my previous two donors in five years. Yes…

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Could have opted for a newer model

Good quality but needs frequent lubrication

We live near the ocean and most of our lines fail after a few years. We've only been using it for a few months, but at least it's holding up better than some of the inferior jigs we've used. It's a beautiful chrome plated solid brass that is pleasant to the touch. The only reason I took off a star is because, as some reviewers have commented, it dispenses more liquid on one squeeze than I'd like (it's a little difficult to squeeze), so I'm wasting some soap. But that's not a very serious…
