Although the installation wasn't that easy (btw: make sure you empty the whole box as there are several parts and I threw away my box, before I realized there must have been at least one or two other pieces). There are instructions, but the devil is in the details. Either way works like a charm. The nozzle that goes into the bottle is plastic, as is the stud and screw that serve as the plastic bottle that holds the soap. At least it doesn't rust like my previous two donors in five years. Yes . There have been numerous complaints about the length of the nozzle, which was advertised as 2 3/4 inches but is actually only 2 inches. This isn't a problem for me as it sits quite high above my sink and the deck itself is custom made so it's relatively narrow. But others should be careful and take careful measurements before ordering. Personally, the purchase was worth it for me.
