Review on RecruitLink by Marco Hubbard

I like that it is very easy for users, especially non tech savvy people can easily manage their recruitment needs through this tool.

It has helped me in managing my daily tasks which include posting resumes/CVs etc., as well tracking candidates who have applied or are waiting approval of applications, also helping them keep track if they need any further information from applicants (e g additional documents required). Also helps us send out invitations to interviews via email - saves time & effort compared to using paper method! Nothing much at all really!! This software does what its meant too do i think so far but nothing major issues noticed yet other than minor bugs here an there when you use certain features e.g sending emails directly instead of going thru outlook first then clicking'send' button makes some things not work correctly sometimes though most likely due to our IT department's.
