Getting Started. A nice heavy box arrives, open it to find sturdy metal shelves and bars and simple clear instructions. At the moment everything is of high quality worthy of a 5 star rating. Until you start assembling the unit with extremely flimsy cheap plastic cable ties that should snap in place and support the metal shelves. First, they will NOT get together, they will only vaguely meet. This ensures that every time you try to set up a shelf, at least half of it will pop out, forcing you to try to connect them all, which always fails. Eventually you will collect them all together, arrange shelves on them and think that you are free at home. Oh fool. Once you start loading those shelves up on at least one, maybe two of them. Surprise!. Your cheap plastic collars will fly again, but this time it slides and slides on the shelves. And here's the fun part - these little thin pieces of plastic support each shelf and have to support hundreds of pounds of weight. Let it sink in. Thin non-stick plastic holds hundreds of pounds. WHY would Revain skimp on the one aspect of this shelf that MUST be durable? Everything else is metal - it wouldn't be much more expensive to make metal mounting brackets that actually stay where they need to be and support the required weight. If so it would be a solid block and would get 5 stars for material and quality. However, while it's currently together I have little expectation that it will stay that way and only store very light, shatterproof items on the top two shelves - pretty much the complete opposite of what I bought it for! I will look for other ways to reinforce these shelves then they will serve their intended purpose - only at a higher price and with a lot more trouble than I intended when I ordered them. Revain, you can have a very high quality product. Instead, you're putting your name on something pretty useless and should fix it quick!
