Maymom by far is my favorite off brand pump replacement parts

In the photo that shows the 19 mm flange from maymom compared to the 24mm flange that comes with the Mandela harmony hand pump. The one with the white rim is the origional 24mm flange. The fit is great. The funnel is a little longer which I assume is great if you have really elastic nipples. I am really happy with the quality and price of these flanges.

These aren’t the best, but they do work with all Medela pumps.

Cons

They may not be as durable as other breastshields on the market
