Turn on touch sensitivity to make fingerprint reader/all work related touch work properly. then probably user error? My main issue is that the phone acts like it's in front of my face or in my pocket since I put this screen protector on. So when I press unlock, the phone ignores it. I have to press several times. When I make a call, the screen goes dark and becomes unresponsive like it's touching my face. So if I want to end the call I can't (need to lock and unlock first). This makes the phone sluggish/unresponsive. Two clear spots can be seen on the upper edge. if this is a light detection zone, then maybe it is designed too small if the error is from half a millimeter?
