Disappointing Swivel Hook for Jewelry Making

This product did not live up to our expectations. Using this product, our team found that the hook frequently jammed, making it difficult to complete our jewelry projects. While it's affordable and easy to use, the material feels flimsy and the design could be improved. As avid fans of Arts and Crafts, we were disappointed with Craftmore's offering.
