I bought this as an emergency backup to start my wife's oxygen concentrator at home in the event of a power outage and maybe for long trips to save her oxygen tank. Everything is fine, it works fine, it just barely worked, like me. I was lucky enough to hear a piece of bare wire left at the factory before I started it. I could pull it off minus a few stars. Aside from the fact that the power changes in 10W increments, which is quite reasonable, the inverter seems good. The oxygen concentrator reads 350 watts, this reads 310-320 watts, but that's probably true. I ran it straight off the battery for 20 minutes, its fan running, no noticeable heat from the inverter. It's the fan not working on the cigarette lighter that I heard while charging the laptop. They all list a maximum device output of 150W at the cigarette lighter, but the lack of a fan at lower watts is a good thing.
