Very dissatisfied with testing, measurement and inspection

I think we bought about 15 sets. Due to the Covid issue we only recently opened the box. We sent them to our staff in Mexico for them to use in the field. 4 blocks did not work and were not calibrated. Now it is more expensive for us to ship them back to return them. We are very disappointed.
