I was hesitant to purchase this bag because there were so few reviews about it. But I've been looking for an everyday tote bag since the beginning of the pandemic and have looked through 6-8 different bags to find a good solution. I quickly realized that there wasn't going to be a great single bag solution for what I was looking for, but this bag is probably the closest I can get. shopping bag. I have to carry my wallet, phone, keys, a pair of disposable gloves and a mask so less organization doesn't matter, 1-2 separate compartments will do. The next step would be an everyday carrier that combines the initial requirements but has room for a compact camera and maybe a snack bar or water bottle, so it's nice to have internal organization. The final setup will be for a family trip, which will end up being a thin backpack for a snack place, small umbrella and other things. This bag can be thin enough to carry only the essentials. It has enough internal organization to keep things separate. The black version has a smooth but not rubberized material. Some other bags I've seen are similar to this one, the material feels rubbery and almost sticky. It's not like this. This allows it to retain its shape but allow it to expand if necessary. The quick release is fantastic and overall the bag is light enough to carry a few items in. Delivery was pretty quick. Was shipped from China and I received it 6 days after posting. The construction and materials are top notch and I am very happy with the price paid. I will review other NIID products in the future.
