Well that's a huge disappointment! It only connects when the aux is half connected to the device. But even then, background noise reaches a point where you can't hear anything but a hum. Additionally, it needs to be plugged in at all times to even work, which I wanted to rid of the cables so it defeats the purpose. I've requested a new one to see if it fits the product so I'll update if the new ant is better. Edit: Upgraded from 1 star to 4! I got a new one and now we're using it and it works great! Does exactly what it was made for and sounds great!
