I bought this bag for my family as an emergency travel bag. I love the ability to create storage compartments in the bag. Lots of slots and storage space. looks bulky; but I drive an SUV as it travels like a separate bag. My only issue is that the perimeter of the inner wall of the bag (bottom and top) is soft and when you fill the outside pockets they take up space inside. You can definitely design your own ambulance travel bag. Be aware: when packing expensive, fragile or fragile items; Fasten the bottom, top and inner (outer) walls.
