I bought this for my daughter-- she didn't like it because it was too "poofy

I bought this for my daughter-- she didn't like it because it was too &#34;poofy.&#34; Seems like air would get trapped inside the pad or between the pad and the sheet. I didn't sleep on it, but she said it would bunch up and wasn't comfortable.

It''s comfortable because I''m a stomach sleeper, but it''s quite lumpy. The memory foam part is kind of a joke, too. It basically feels like sleeping on an over-stuffed down comforter. I''d put my money towards something else.
