Cannot answer or end call

The button to answer and/or end a call on this headset does not work. Must be within range of the phone it is connected to and answer calls on the phone itself and then the sound will be transmitted through the headphones. This is the second pair I've tried with the same problem. This pair is a replacement for the pair that Revain sent after troubleshooting when I was using the first one unsuccessfully. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
