In general, I'm pleased with my purchase; I use two brushes: a manual toothbrush in the morning and an electric one at night. I also bought a children's nozzle for my 3-and-a-half-year-old son, and he enjoys using it to brush his teeth (we clean the manual toothbrush once a week, and the electric one every three to four). A high-quality toothbrush is a great stone-prevention tool since it removes plaque effectively and leaves teeth shiny. Possesses some drawbacks I use it once a day because my gums are really sensitive. I wouldn't say it hurts much, but it does occur.
