Does not include putty or tools, just stickers. They have nothing special
They are quite thick which makes it difficult to stick them on the wall. They don't stick very well either, but seem to stick too well after spackling. THESE ARE ONLY PATCHES, NOTHING WILL COME. In general they are fine.
