This is a good place to start. cosmetic appearance. I don't mind sharpening and cleaning my cheap purchases as long as the construction is good. They weren't up to par, the larger stamp has an arch, not enough to use round but enough that I couldn't use it for card slots etc. The medium sized punch was angled and the one underneath had a pretty bad bevel cut that would have to be done from scratch. Problem areas did not require a return. I have checked some well-known manufacturers other than Co-link and have not received an attentive customer service that can match. I will continue to offer my amazing tool shop to this manufacturer and suggest that if you receive a tool that does not meet your expectations you contact Co-link and give them an opportunity to fix the problem. Adding another star for outstanding support and product support/problem resolution.**
