Great pants. Warms and compresses well. The pants fit (barely) in a 2 liter bag. I bought the medium and I'm 6ft 0" and 195 pounds. The pants fit perfectly without having to tighten the drawstring. In addition, they can expand another 3-4 inches. The weight is about 1.2 pounds. The material is thick and windproof. It doesn't feel flimsy or flimsy at all. I will use them for my base camp pants in freezing weather and for sleeping. If you wear thermal underwear underneath, you can easily get to minus temperatures.
