I've been diabetic most of my life so this keto fad everyone is jumping on is a staple for most diabetics who care about their health. These pans are truly a valuable addition to my kitchen as I have been a DYI home cook for over 40 years preparing most of the foods we eat. These pans are great [put them on a tray so you don't spill them while cooking] for small baked desserts, scones, or puddings! They also have a very good price. I like the deep well in which baked goods can rise well. I own most of my silicone baking sheets!
