The ease of use, it's great for non-technical people to understand how AI works in general as well with specific models that are used within our business environment (we're working primarily w/ NLP).
I would like there was more outbound communication from their support team about what exactly they can do or not be able help us solve problems we were having using this software - but maybe just because my experience has been very good so far? We've started implementing some new features into an existing system which have really helped improve customer service by automating tasks such ticketing systems etc..
