Product states 12V 24V, will NOT work on 24V system. (max input not high enough) I had a 0-70v to 0-60v converter and was able to set it to 14v output after which the device worked great and did its job. TO UPDATE. The device still works great. You must use it within the 12V specification. (at 10.8 it will NOT start! turns off) I think the maximum input voltage was 24V, but for a 24V system you need up to 30V input to charge/balance the battery. Get another device if you want to use 24V in/out (my setup is a 24V MPPT regulated buck converter (24V in 14.8V out) for this controller. (This is a control battery connected to the car battery (12V) and DC load.) Diesel heater, works great!
