Good support keeps my wrist in place at night. The straps are perfectly adjustable. The part that goes in the palm of your hand is a bit long, but the excess adds up and isn't as annoying after the second night. The wrist strap fits well, but the forearm strap doesn't feel as comfortable. The fabric that runs between the stiff fabric sections and under the velcro is not cut to allow for the greater width needed for the forearm versus the wrist, so I don't have to keep this strap as tight as I'd like, because otherwise it's uncomfortable...if the hard parts and velcro somehow pinch my skin. Too bad they didn't make it so that the soft fabric stretches down between the pieces to give full coverage.
