This is really nice dress and I wish I had ordered the correct size. I had ordered a size XXL which was way too large, but since the XL was not available with Prime shipping I ordered a size L which I could not zip up. It has a side zipper which is fine if I had the correct size. It is made from a cotton like material which was nice when compared to the shiny, stretchy material some of the other costume dresses available on Walmart are made from. Its nicely made especially for the price. I am a hobby seamstress on the weekends and I know I could not make this dress for what I paid considering all the time and effort and materials. It feels like regular clothing not a costume if that makes sense. I love the dress, I just wish I could have ordered the correct size. Its too late now as I need it for an event in a couple of days. I also ordered the crinoline pannier underskirt to go under the dress, which i felt was needed to help shape it.
