I don't find any of this helpful for my round shoulders. Sizes are based on waist measurement and don't seem to take into account that some skinny people like me have a thin waist and longer torso. My waist is 34 inches and I ordered a larger one. As a result, it stretches across my stomach and doesn't seem to be pulling my shoulders straight back, but rather down, causing chafing at the front of my shoulders. When pulled down to support the lumbar region, the volume of the belt in the pants should be 1-2 inches more! Wear it on warm days, it's really hot and sweaty,
