Review on CWM by Sean Santhanam

While the CWM online site does have a wide variety of home renovation supplies and kitchen fittings, I was recently disappointed by my transaction with them. The website was simple to use, however making a purchase was a nightmare. The things I received were of poor quality, and a few of them were even broken when they arrived. I had a bad experience with customer support; they were slow to respond and didn't appear to care about fixing the problems I was having. The CWM online store failed to meet my expectations, and I would not suggest it to others. If they value client retention, companies will work to enhance both customer service and product quality.
