Given the relatively low price, I was surprised by the beauty and quality of this duvet cover. I like cotton, not microfiber. and it was hard to find something affordable and beautiful made of cotton. I have a blue with light colors, in real life it looks better than in the photo. My duvet is old but still usable. and this duvet cover breathed new life into it and gave my bedroom a whole new look. Please note that I always use king sized bedspreads/quilts for my king bed, which gives us extra width and reduces the likelihood of my husband stealing all the duvets. I still love sleeping under down. Even here in South Florida (where we CAN have a chilly night in winter), pure cotton sheets are essential to allow for breathability and prevent excessive sweating. This cool crunchy cotton is the perfect solution and was very affordable. The zipper feels solid and much better than the buttons on my old duvet cover (which revealed the quilt between the buttons). I plan to buy a few more for my guest rooms.
