Paid for 'new' but used shoes
I am very unhappy with the condition of the shoes upon arrival. The shoes were listed as 'new' for $39.95. When I took them out of the box it was pretty clear they weren't new and worn. The white soles of the shoes are discolored and dirty, not the perfect white they should be for 'new' shoes. I had to spend 45 minutes cleaning the soles of my shoes to keep them relatively clean. I am unable to return shoes due to health issues during the current COVID-19 pandemic. I don't even feel comfortable in these shoes given the current pandemic as I have no idea where they were worn or if they are infected with the COVID-19 virus. Very dissatisfied.
