Like: well cut and thick. The spikes and rivets look strong, but what don't I like? First in the name is "genuine leather", then in the description is "leather, imitation leather" - I think that this skin did not harm a cow. I bought this for my daughter's Bichon Frize and the breed was listed specifically and the collar is listed at 0.7 inches. It's almost an inch and very thick. It's called small, but not at all for a small breed. The spikes only go about 1/3 so I figured it was more for style than protection. I ordered pink, the size runs small but only fits the medium sized breed. This collar is not what I expected and not what I needed.
