Love the underwear!

I bought this kit to prepare for my labor this month. I LOVE the underwear. They are stretchy and the pads I purchased fit in them nicely. They are so comfortable as well! I haven’t used the cooling pads or foam yet because my delivery wasn’t too bad and I didn’t have a lot of damage. I also like the numbing spray better than the foam. Just be aware this does not come with a spray bottle. You have to purchase that separately. Overall I really like this kit I just wish there was more underwear since they are disposable you will definitely go through more than 5 postpartum.

This postpartum kit has made my recovery so much easier! My only complaint is that it just doesn’t last long enough, but they do make a bigger kit so thats something to keep in mind. The witch hazel liners are so much easier to use & stay in place better than the Tucks pads. The foam also helps make sure everything is covered. And the ice pads are an absolute must have! They provided so much relief in those first couple days. The mesh underwear are also very comfortable- I prefer them to the ones provided in the hospital. I recommend this item to anyone recovering from a vaginal birth.
