At first glance and in use, the product works perfectly. I've been using it for a couple of weeks with no issues, and during that time I've occasionally accidentally accidentally tapped the keyboard lightly on one side and the USB-C cable somehow disconnects without leaving the port. It was small at first, so it didn't really bother me. But then it happened every day if I moved it around a bit and it took a few reconnects to get it working again, and even when it worked there was the first 5-10 seconds of keyboard "lag" where I would press a key to trade in-game or while typing, but it happened only a second after I pressed a key, which got annoying. After a few weeks, the USB-C cable stopped working and I couldn't get it to work again. Bluetooth also doesn't work and didn't work at all for me. Every time I tried to connect it via Bluetooth it always gave an error and never worked.
