Loctek Model L1: Strong. Easy installation, included hardware is all included.

I've been looking for a product at a good price for a long time. He is durable. and has all the necessary hardware for wall mounting. Includes spirit level (magnetic) for leveling when base is wall mounted (not shown). I saw many companies offering this, didn't expect it and wasn't worried. since I got my tools. but you make it practical since the torpedo plane is a bit large for the application and since it is magnetic it frees the hand. All hardware required for standard drywall, concrete/brick and plaster/batten installation are included. (Even includes shields for concrete/masonry mounting.) Includes complete hardware to attach plate to MANY different TV VESA mount configurations. Was very impressed with the hardware that came with it. The tilting mechanism works flawlessly and remains fast. For attaching the TV to the bracket with a plate, this was the only "problem". (but that's not a big problem.) The included hex key/hex key/wrench was the wrong size, but the nuts that attach the mounting plate to the bolts on the arm are are knurled for tightening with hand/pliers when you're not doing it. t Allen wrench of the correct size. (Don't try to hand tighten these two nuts, use pliers, they work just as well.) The lever joints are tight, but that's a good thing, as a light tap doesn't allow the TV to move easily/freely. . (You need both hands to move the TV from its fully extended position to its horizontal position on the wall.) I discovered that Loctek has its own YouTube channel while waiting for my package to arrive. In the box I received is the assembly model L1. Their YouTube channel has a video for the L2 that is similar in design if you want to see how difficult (rather easy) it is to install one of these yourself. (The design difference is really just the connection of the mounting plate to the lever. The L2 uses three screws instead of two and the tilting mechanism is different.) Video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuQKa79wZR0. The box says it's suitable for use with TVs up to 42 inches, but includes extension arms (pictured) if your TV has a VESA mount with more clearance than the plate. Will you pay at the store for a swivel wall mount? It was worth it. As for my setup, it was in an old plain stucco wall over brick (mid to late 18th century house) so I had to add two 2x3 with 6" lag bolts to set it right where I was it wanted, but it holds on it should. Just a bit of modding on my part. could attach it to the window frame and use the arm extension, but I wanted it to be centered between two windows that are 32 inches apart. Under normal circumstances this is a very easy installation on standard drywall/frame walls. Locate the rod, drill a pilot hole for the first top screw. Secure the top with a "loose" screw, then loosen the bottom screw, align, tighten the screws, note the level, put the third/last screw in the top and you are done with power tools again. Attach the plate to the TV, have someone help you hold the TV and attach it to the bracket, tighten the two screws and the tilt screws at the same height. Have fun. Then loosen the bottom screw, align, tighten the screws, mind the level, put the third/last screw in the top and you're done with the power tools again.
