It's the little things that made me say this device should have a 3 star rating. The water container isn't even a multiple of the little measuring cups and funnels they give you. It seems to hold about 3/2 of one of those cups. After about 20-30 seconds of operation, it is better to leave the device for a few seconds to build up vapor pressure again. There's no power indicator to tell you when you're out of water, the vapor just gets colder and the pressure lower. The manual needs a native English speaker to completely rewrite not only the grammar but also the accuracy. There are a few things in it that aren't accurate for this model, but are contradicted in other parts of the manual. I was glad I was able to thin the fat on my oven, although some blackening of the oven proves quite difficult for them. . As for grout cleaning, I'm not satisfied with the efficiency yet, but maybe I'll start with that. It really is a stain remover. A few other small perks. The cord is a little longer than expected, so I don't have to reach for an extension cord to use the device in most situations. The extension hose gives it the flexibility to get where I want it without the risk of tipping the device over so I could burn myself, which is the nozzle I use the most. That's about the right length for what I want.
