My mic has a custom mount so I was looking for something that might work. This build is great, reliable, and reasonably priced. I didn't use the included mic mount, instead used a 3M metal hook with an adhesive backing. This is temporary as the glue cannot withstand the summer heat. I'll probably make a small metal bracket to fit the existing holes so I can move the mic further to the right and also mount the handheld transmitter. Ease of installation. Simply loosen the 10mm screw holding the panic bar and slide the brace down at the rear. The two holes in the bracket line up with the protrusions next to the screw. Great design again.
