Received this as a last resort when the brand was out of stock for several weeks. Day 1 works great and produces just the right amount of water. On days 2, 3 and 4 everything is fine. From day 5 - even after thorough rinsing and cleaning with water or vinegar - no luck. I would say the capacity has dropped to 25% or less. The wicking disappears and only the first inch or an inch and a half gets wet. Almost wasted money. I hate to give a bad review but you get what you pay for. My Surname Brand Filter lasted a whole season - with thorough washing and cleaning with vinegar - in soft water, in municipal services.
