When UPS delivered it the box had practically fallen apart and was half open on both sides which was a bit disappointing and difficult to see. However, everything was there and no damaged parts. The items were packaged quite well. The assembly was very easy and simple, once you know how to screw in the screws everything is fine. it probably lasted 15 or 20 minutes and i did it while watching tv. I used to sit in an old leather executive chair and the seat pad was flat with little lumbar support and no soft armrests. Instantly, this chair makes the difference between day and night. The butt pad is just a stretch mesh so your butt doesn't bend or hit the plywood underneath. The adjustable lumbar support feels great. The height adjustable armrest is much better. My elbows are finally level with my desk which makes typing much easier and more comfortable. The armrest is not stuffed with a foam pad but with a soft rubber material. I think all I know is that they are comfortable and don't hurt my elbows like they did on my old chair. The headrest hit or missed a little. I'm about 6ft 3" tall and when I sit fully upright my buttocks rest on my shoulder and it's uncomfortable, but I tend to slouch a bit and when I do it's actually a bit nice. I'll probably never use it when typing paper or playing games with a mouse and keyboard, but it's good for watching YouTube videos and online lectures. Overall this is an exceptional chair for the price I paid which sold for around $160. Can't comment on durability yet, but will update if I run into any issues. Very happy with my purchase so far.
