I ordered several pair of shoes to try on with a dress I purchased. These were by far my favorite out of about 6 pair. However, they were sliding off the back of my heels. The heel pads and inserts did not help. I tried several remedies to try and fix the problem but it only made the shoes unbearable to wear comfort wise. I was disappointed but did find another pair of shoes from this same brand that worked for me. All of the shoes I ordered from ERIJUNOR came packaged beautifully and included the heel pads and inserts in the box. I guess my heel was just a little too narrow for these.
