I like that you can create your own templates, but also have access to pre-made ones if needed! The customer service is great as well - they are always willing help us out with any questions we may need answered or problems solved when using their software platform (Real Mailer).

Sometimes it takes longer than expected before an update will roll through so be patient during this time frame!! We use realmailers primarily because of its ability ease our workload in creating emails/postcards which allows me more free work hours each week compared to other programs i've used previously such has Hubspot & Marketo.
