That's it. I have never received faulty Intel processors and have built PCs with them since the 8088. They seem easier to install each time. Notches almost certainly make it. I'm not a gamer, I don't need to push boundaries. I'm uploading a new build and it's been running continuously for 2 weeks with no hiccups. My Gen 2 i5 has seen its age but still works well. After I retired I decided to build a new desktop while I could afford it. I assume this might be the last computer I need to build as my requirements are pretty basic. I could probably go with a low-end processor, but I expect that will get me a little further.
