Well, my first order arrived on time, well packaged BUT it didn't work! This really annoyed me but I have to say Revain made it very easy to get a new one. I just clicked the return item button then he told me where to take it with a code, I did and within a day I had a new unit at my door so I say 5 Stars! very well done Now the item as it arrived looks good works first time and that is important but the only thing I have is the fan is either on or off all the time. So I have mine plugged into my Xbox Series X above but I have to turn it off and then when I want to use the console I have to go over and flip the switch to "L", "M". or "H". Thing, and it is, but it's a pain in the ass, I want it to only turn on when the device is on, but the USB sends power when it's idle. great, good looking, perfect fit for Xbox Series X and more importantly works well, you won't overheat your console with the 5.5" S4 USB Component Ball Bearing Fan.
