So I bought this set on a whim for my kids (ages 11-15) because who doesn't love Shiba Inu? However I don't think kids should do this project as you have a sharp tool and their ideas of what they are doing will definitely not look like the pictures. Saying this is for beginners is ridiculous because my older one got a little upset about this and had to leave. In the end I had to take what was left. There are many youtube videos online that you can watch to get an idea of how to do them and I definitely recommend you do it before you start this type of felting. To be honest I don't know how people make these guys look exactly like the picture my daughter and I made together looks like a teddy bear. But it was still fun.
