The flashlight itself seems to be quite functional, but the battery in the kit is complete garbage. I tested the supplied 18650 "Lumenshooter" battery and measured an internal resistance of 301 mΩ. New 18650 batteries have a resistance of less than 150mΩ, while used 18650 batteries typically have an internal resistance of 400mΩ or more. - Dehydration devices such as UV flashlights. In other words, Lumenshooter delivers a new battery that performs the same as in use and limits the output power to at least twice that of a new battery. Absolutely shameful for a $50 flashlight.
