Sounds very good on paper. wireless charger Suction cup and vent mounting options. Motorized tension arms. Not even a fan?! But let me tell you it's absolutely awful. So what went wrong? The problem is that the bracket itself is loose. It doesn't matter if the suction cup can hold 20 pounds if the rest of the mount is thin as wet noodles. Even with the lever pulled all the way back and the knobs fully tightened, this thing bounces non-stop during normal road driving. My poor phone bounced like it got stuck in a Plinko machine! And don't even try to read the map while the car is moving. Unable to focus on a moving target and I got sick trying (and I didn't get sick that easily). There are some other disadvantages as well. For example, no charger is included, so you'll have to buy your own. Autoclamps often seemed to think for themselves. Etc. But these are minor complaints. I really wanted to like this car charger but it ended up in the trash. UPDATE (7/22/21): The seller contacted me and offered me a refund, so I'm adding a few stars for the good customer support. I still don't think it's a great mount, especially if you have a heavier phone, but I appreciate a company trying to get it right. Nice work ZiHu!
