I like being able to keep track in one place everything about each patient's visit from initial intake contact until they are discharged or referred out - it helps with billing compliance for us as well so we have no missing records! Nothing yet- but this software seems stable enough thus far which has been great!! The customer service team at AHHM was very helpful when setting up our client portal account after purchase & training me how best use all its capabilities including reporting/dashboard functions etc. We would love nothing more than if there were some way you could pull information into another application (like Zoho) without having two separate logins open side by side? So then both data sources can be accessed simultaneously rather than logging off 1 app only do access info elsewhere via different login credentials / methodologies. This makes life simpler during.
